Pinmarking system is a machine intended for permanent marking on material using vibrating marking pin which is driven by pressed air. It is ideal solution for marking of wide range of materials to identify any product, semi-finished product or part. 

 

» AC500
All ADP systems are controlled by AC500 controller which is totally unique on the market. It contains a 7" touchscreen display. User can set up the system very comfortably and watch simulation of marked project or watch real marking process on screen. There is a range of interfaces on the rear panel of controller and USB port on the front panel of AC500. Controller offers variety of special functions.   

 

» ADP5090
Marking field 50 x 90 mm is suitable for majority of marking applications. This is universal marking head, it can be used in three ways: on toolstand, with hand held kit or for integration. 

 

» ADP120160
Large marking field 120 x 160 mm, possibility of use hand held portable kit or toolstand. It is possible to integrate in production line or special machine as well. 

 

 

» ADP25120
Pinmarking head ADP25120 has a large marking field of 25 x 120 mm, which is ideal for applications of VIN numbers marking or marking of long alphanumeric strings. It is possible to integrate or use as portable system  or with toolstand. 

 

 

 

» ADP2560
Really compact but reliable "pistol" version of marking head. Marking field 25 x 60 mm for marking on places with space constraints. Possible to use on toolstand or integrate.

Special marking head ADP300400 is intended for marking of large part, its marking field is 300 x 400 mm. This robust but extremely precise machine is just reliable for all marking tasks. It can be integrated or used with toolstand, as well.
