Systems for electric-chemical marking

The system for electric-chemical marking EKO is an ideal alternative for laser marking in areas which require the marking of stable graphic or alphanumeric objects on any metal surface. The condition for marking is that the marked product must have conductive characteristics. The compact design makes this system suitable for marking large parts or parts of various shapes. By means of the manual holder, these systems can be integrated in the production process as a part of a line or a single purpose machine. The advantage of this method is the minimum intervention in the marked material structure.

As per individual system characteristics, the following options can be selected:

EKO 01

A portable system for electric-chemical marking, which contains four degrees of marking intensity and switching for dark and light marking. The marking result is contrasting to the colour of the marked material. The output intensity for better marking results can be adjusted. The maximum output is 60VA.
